For my virtual internship, I’m working with Creative Visions, a non-profit based in Los Angeles that creates curriculum content for middle and high school students. While I was originally planning on going to Guatemala to do entrepreneurial work and consulting, I’m equally excited to work on this new endeavor. This internship aligns closely with many of my interests, like creative writing, content creation, and marketing. The individuals that I’m working with are so kind and compassionate, and I hope to learn more skills along the way.
I’m most excited about creating content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). I enjoy graphic designing, so having a creative outlet that also allows me to promote our non-profit is a win-win situation. I don’t have many burning questions for my partner organization, and am eager to continue working with my fellow interns.
