A lot of this first week has centered around getting accustomed to the lay of the land in ProsperUS Detroit and getting familiar with a very close-knit team, each with a distinct personality and a lot to bring to the table. This week I learned about what things get done and how they get done. I was most surprised by the amount of steps it takes to make sure a deliverable is done right yet excited that just about everything produced makes a sizable difference in convenience in clients’ lives. I’m lucky that anything I feel unsure about/any question I have I can go right to my program coordinator, the importance of this cannot be understated.
