Curiosity may have killed the cat but Chloe seems to be doing just fine, despite her intellectually adventurous propensities. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area in California, she traveled across the country to Duke to experience both a change in perspective and scenery. Her love for literature and engaging with young minds lead her to join the DukeEngage Boston program, where she worked with Raising A Reader MA, a local non-profit early literacy program that services the Greater Boston Area. Back at Duke, Chloe is involved in the America Reads America Counts tutoring program and Duke’s only sketch comedy group, Inside Joke.
