DukeEngage: A Culture of Continuous Improvement
DukeEngage is a far-reaching program with ambitious goals to change lives and make a positive impact on the world. Such lofty goals demand thoughtful assessment of short-term and long-term impacts on our students, on our university and on the community partners with whom we work around the world.
Annual assessments include:
- Pre-departure surveys of participants
- End-of-program surveys of participants
- Post-program surveys of participants (6 months after DukeEngage)
- Pre-departure surveys of program directors, faculty fellows, and site coordinators
- End-of-program surveys of program directors, faculty fellows and site coordinators
- End-of-program surveys of community partners
