POSITION OPENING: Associate Director, Finance and Administration for Global and Civic Education
The Associate Director (Financial Management Analyst II) for the Department of Finance and Administration for Global and Civic Education (referred to as the Hub) is responsible for Global Education Office (globaled.duke.edu/) contract management; DukeEngage (dukeengage.duke.edu/) registration and visas; and an assigned business management portfolio. The successful candidate will be a friendly team-oriented individual with experience reading contracts (e.g., as a grant manager)—someone who is innovative, organized and detail-oriented. The Associate Director must be able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in a high-functioning environment.
This position reports to the Director of Finance and Administration for Global and Civic Education within a collegial department that provides business management and administrative support for the following departments and programs: Global Education for Undergraduates (GEO), DukeEngage (DE), the Duke Office of Civic Engagement (DOCE), College Advising Corps (CAC) and Athlete Civic Engagement (ACE).
